Made In Texas

Built On Country Music

I’m Jacob B. Moore, a country singer-songwriter from Houston, Texas. That’s where I was born and raised, but my roots stretch back to West Texas through my grandad, and today my heart belongs to Central Texas — the place I now call home.

I come from a musical family, and music has always been a part of my life. My background includes years of professional training and a long history of singing and performing across wide genres, all of which shaped the artist I am today. Those experiences gave me the foundation to step into country music with both skill and heart, and to carry forward the traditions that mean the most to me.

Country music isn’t just something I play; it’s the core of who I am. Every song I sing carries a piece of where I’m from and the people who shaped me. From the wide-open honesty of West Texas, to my Houston upbringing, to the community I’ve found in Central Texas, all of it lives in my music.

For me, country music is about heart — every word, every note, every moment shared with the people listening. Whether it’s something quiet and personal or a tune that gets the whole room moving, I put my whole self into it, because that’s what country music means to me.
